A New Vision for Hospitality at RHS Garden Wisley

Exceptional settings deserve exceptional hospitality – and that’s exactly what this new partnership will deliver.
Over the next five years, we will work alongside RHS Garden Wisley to shape a new vision for food, drink and dining experiences, redefining the visitor experience at one of the UK’s most iconic garden settings.
The partnership reflects our continued growth within the cultural and visitor attraction sector, bringing its expertise in premium, experience-led hospitality to a world-renowned setting.
Reimagining Hospitality at Wisley
As part of the new contract, we will lead a transformation of the food and drink offer across the garden. The focus will be on delivering a more distinctive, high-quality experience that aligns with the ethos of the Royal Horticultural Society.
New menus, refreshed concepts and creative storytelling will connect guests more closely to the gardens, the seasons and the provenance of ingredients – creating a more immersive and memorable experience.

Introducing New Concepts and Experiences
The initial phase of the partnership will see the rollout of new menus across all dining outlets, alongside the launch of the Wisley Dining Club.
This new event series will take place in the Terrace Restaurant, offering a premium five-course tasting experience with a welcome drink and canapés. Each event will showcase seasonal produce, with dishes inspired by the gardens and brought to life through collaboration with RHS curatorial experts.
In addition, a new summer picnic offer will encourage visitors to explore the grounds through relaxed, al fresco dining. A bespoke picnic planner map will guide guests to scenic locations across the garden, enhancing the overall visitor journey.

Investing in the Future
Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in the Wisley experience, with longer-term plans including the refurbishment and revitalisation of the Food Hall, further positioning hospitality as a defining part of the visitor journey.
