Award-winning chef Marcus Wareing teaches our senior chefs how to create delicious plant forward menus

Our senior chefs undertaking their Level 4 apprenticeships recently undertook the next stage of their Forward training programme with award-winning chef Marcus Wareing.

 

The focus of the sessions was learning how to create delicious plant forward menus using plant proteins and innovative cooking techniques. The result was developing low carbon footprint menus that taste great and minimise our environmental impact.
