This month, we were delighted to host an exclusive Afternoon Tea event for our clients, celebrating both the artistry of our patisserie chefs and our partnership with the incredibly talented Cherish Finden, judge of Bake Off: The Professionals. Cherish curated the menu, ensuring it was a truly memorable occasion.
Working alongside our culinary brigade, led by Culinary Director, Adam Thomason, she supported both the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional afternoon tea experience.
Guests indulged in an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury creations, including:
