Celebrating International Women's Day

Last week we marked International Women’s Day with a series of inspiring events in collaboration with our Women in Food network and partner chefs, Emily Roux and Sabrina Ghayour.

On Wednesday, we were delighted to host clients at a special breakfast event, followed by an engaging panel discussion led by Natalie Hulme, Director of Strategic Accounts, and featuring inspiring women from across our business. Our People Director, Victoria Marshall, and Senior Sous Chef, Nikoletta Theofylaktidou, were joined by the talented Emily Roux, who also curated the menu. Together, they shared thoughtful insights on what it means to be a strong woman in hospitality today.

Victoria Marshall added: “Authenticity matters. It’s important to show up for yourself and accept that you won’t always be perfect and that’s okay. Take time to reflect on what went wrong, take the lesson, but keep moving forward". 

On Thursday evening, one of our culinary teams delivered an outstanding dinner event alongside the incredible Sabrina Ghayour.

The week concluded with an invitation to attend the Association of Catering Excellence International Women’s Day Lunch at Galvin La Chapelle. We were proud to support Alice Barrett, Head of Human Resources who facilitated a panel discussion that included Lucy Hunt, Corporate Affairs and Social Value Director at Compass UK&I.
