Elevating London events with a new Thames partnership

London’s event landscape is constantly evolving, and our latest partnership with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers introduces a new dimension to how guests experience the capital.
The collaboration brings together premium hospitality, two historic venues and one of London’s most recognisable river transport services to create a seamless connection between Churchill War Rooms and HMS Belfast.

This new approach allows events to extend beyond a single location, introducing a journey along the River Thames as part of the guest offering.
A daytime meeting or reception at Churchill War Rooms can now transition into a private river cruise, before continuing with a drinks reception on the decks of HMS Belfast, surrounded by panoramic views of the capital.
This is not just about transport – it’s about experience.
The Thames becomes part of the function itself, enhancing the way guests engage with London’s heritage and skyline.
Designed for corporate gatherings, summer parties and client hospitality, this partnership offers planners new flexibility when curating distinctive and engaging occasions.
As demand grows for more experiential, story-led events, this three-way partnership between Imperial War Museums, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers and ourselves offers a new blueprint for how venues can work together across the city – connected not just by concept, but by the river that runs through it.
From Westminster to the Pool of London, the Thames has always shaped the city. Now, it’s shaping the way events are delivered too.
