We are excited that the next cohort of our “Forward with Marcus Wareing” programme have started their journey working towards a Senior Culinary Level 4 or Operations Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship Standard. Congratulations to Samuel Kent and Harrish Singh Mareachaelee from Restaurant Associates UK who will be undertaking the course this year.
Building on the success of the first cohort the programme further aligns with our 2023 #ClimateNetZero goal and Roadmap, with a focus on sustainability. It’s great to see the first cohort mentoring the new group of chefs by offering support and advice to enhance their learning.
