On Thursday 12th June we hosted our Hospitality Forum, bringing together 240 associates from across the business. It was a vibrant, high-energy event where our culinary teams and suppliers showcased the very best in produce, menu creation and innovations.
We demonstrated exciting new products and inspiring dishes, leaving associates equipped with ideas to drive innovation in their sites.
Highlights included:
- Pocket Rocket’s new delivered in products. Sparking new ideas in canape presentation.
- The Hospitality Food Programme. A new expert guide, already featuring 150 inspiring recipes with beautiful visuals to energise, guide and increase creativity within our culinary teams.
- An abundance of delicious dishes including an epic dessert station that demonstrated how just a few core dishes can be simply adapted to suit any entertaining space.
The buzzing Supplier Village featured 28 exhibitors and over 300 stories, offering attendees the chance to sample innovative products, discover the passion behind each offering and explore exciting new partnerships.
Three interactive workshops reminded us of the importance of service excellence:
- "Attention to detail is a mindset" – exploring the deeper meaning behind exceptional service and how to bring each element to life with intention and finesse.
- Top 10 Tricks to a First-Class Buffet – tips to ensure buffet offerings are both delicious and visually appealing.
- The Magic of Brining – with Steve Groves showcasing how simple ingredients can be completely transformed through this powerful technique.
