Innovation at Restaurant Associates Casual Dining Forum

On Friday 24th January we held our Casual Dining Forum in Canary Wharf. It was a fantastic afternoon where our incredible suppliers joined forces to create an immersive Supplier Village; where our associates had the chance to explore, taste, and experience their latest creations while delving into the unique stories behind each supplier.

We also had an action-packed schedule of workshops, thoughtfully organised by our talented culinary team— headed up by our Culinary Director, Adam Thomason- who worked with our partners to deliver the following sessions:

Lake District Farmers showcased how underutilised cuts of meat can elevate a dish.

Nutrition & Sustainability Coordinator, Daisy Henderson introduced partner chef, Clare Gray’s fantastic new recipes for 2025.

Group chef, Steve Groves shared his expert tips on crafting an eye-catching sandwich display, along with the best fillings and ingredients to create the ultimate sandwich sensation.

Plus, our new Mexican supplier, Masafina created a authentic Mexican feast bursting with flavour, vibrant colours and nutritional goodness.

A huge thank you to all our fabulous suppliers, partners, and culinary collaborators. These events are a fantastic opportunity to showcase culinary innovation and reaffirm our passion to delivering the best food using the highest quality ingredients, all while adding value to our clients and guests experience.
