New Managing Director and Business Director to join the Executive Team

We are delighted to have announced a series of strategic promotions to support ongoing expansion plans.

Sally Hillman, takes on the role of Managing Director. With a wealth of experience from a career spanning two decades in high-end leisure and hospitality. As Managing Director of Restaurant Associates, Sally will oversee an impressive portfolio of both national and global customers. She will work closely with the senior team to drive exceptional standards.

Phil Clerkin, who has played an integral role at Restaurant Associates for over a decade, will transition from his current role as Operations Director to take on the position of Business Director. In this new capacity, Phil will support the company's growth agenda, leveraging his strong commercial outlook and customer-focused approach. With a deep-rooted background in hospitality, Phil's career includes international experience with high-profile corporate clients, including iconic organisations in the banking and technology sectors.

Finally, Eloisa Cackett has joined the business as Operations Director, to oversee some of Restaurant Associates prestigious B&I clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering first class service - beginning her career with Compass Group over a decade ago by participating in their graduate scheme.
