New Operations Graduate Programme launching this autumn

Restaurant Associates is attracting emerging talent through its new and unique Operations Graduate Programme. This two-year leadership programme is designed for recent graduates who are ready to turn ambition into action, while building practical, hands-on skills.
Participants will embark on an immersive operational journey, gaining experience and a deep understanding of how the business runs - from frontline service and culinary execution to event management.
Head of Recruitment, Gemma Manning, believes this new programme will deliver real impact and help introduce candidates early to the opportunities within hospitality: “The launch of this bespoke programme marks an exciting milestone for us. It has been carefully designed to provide participants with a rich and varied experience across all areas of Restaurant Associates. Over the two years, they will complete four placements across our stunning heritage venues, business and industry contracts, and guest services in partnership with Rapport. This breadth of exposure is unique and will offer them valuable insight into a premium hospitality brand and help individuals discover where their passions lie.”
The programmes will begin in October 2026, and we look forward to welcoming our first cohort. Watch this space!
