New partnership with Bolney Wine Estate as we begin to create our own bespoke cuvee

In the heart of rural Sussex lies Bolney Wine Estate, one of England’s oldest and most beautiful vineyards. A three-generation family business led by Sam Linter, they have been guided by nature since 1972 when their first vines were planted.

The Restaurant Associates wine team led by Stephanie Robertson DipWSET recently visited Bolney to explore the eight varieties of grapes that are grown and to find out how through sustainable practices and Sussex’s mild climate, they make some of the finest sparkling English wine.

This is one of the key reasons that we are proud to announce a new partnership with the estate as we begin to create our own bespoke cuvee and further promote English wines throughout our business.
