Our journey to Climate Net Zero

As part of our journey to Climate Net Zero, we have been collaborating with our clients to promote more sustainable diets and ways of working.

Recently one of our restaurants hosted an eco showcase to celebrate our menus for change including a Plant-based 🌱 street food pop up; Chalk stream trout cooking masterclass with chef Ian Human highlighting the sustainment credentials of the fish; £1 off hot beverages with any keep cup and a Waste Knot counter with founder Jess Latchford explaining the benefits of using surplus vegetables to minimise our environmental footprint.

The event was well received by guests who loved the tasty dishes and meeting our special guests. Plant based foods saw a large spike in sales and we have committed to extending our range of plant forward and vegan dishes going forwards as a result.
