Enhancing how our guests perform, work and train
This month we officially launched our new and innovative culinary concept, Performance Nutrition, to the business.
Built around three simple but powerful pillars — Fuel, Perform, Recover — the concept brings together over 150 recipes (with many more to come), all carefully designed to help our guests stay energised, focused, and balanced throughout the day.
Our fantastic Nutritionist Manager, Daisy Henderson, guided us through the key principles, highlighting how each dish combines clear, simple nutritional guidance with great taste and sustained energy. Alongside the theory, teams enjoyed a tasting session featuring an array of dishes - from a refreshing blood orange and pear juice with added electrolytes, to a rich miso chocolate loaf, and a carrot and oat cookie with poppy seeds. In total, 25 dishes were sampled, showcasing the breadth and creativity of the offer.
