Nestled on the edge of the South Downs in rural Hampshire, Hattingley Valley is a family-run winery renowned for its award-winning craftsmanship. They blend grapes from their own vineyards with carefully selected fruit from top growing regions across England, ensuring each bottle contains only the finest ingredients.
Founded in 2008, Hattingley Valley operates a state-of-the-art, 600-tonne winery. Their traditional method sparkling wines stand apart for the precise and restrained use of oak—bringing subtle texture and depth without overshadowing the wine’s bright, fruit-driven style.
