We’re proud to announce that Restaurant Associates Venues has secured a new five-year contract to continue delivering hospitality and event catering across all five Imperial War Museum sites: IWM London, IWM Duxford, HMS Belfast, Churchill War Rooms and IWM North.
Dirk Talsma, Managing Director of Restaurant Associates Venues, shared with us his excitement about the renewed partnership:

We have exciting food innovation plans to create immersive culinary experiences that bring the powerful stories of the Imperial War Museums to life. I am incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved so far and I have no doubt that our relationship will continue to grow from strength to strength.”
The refreshed offer will stay true to our core values, focusing on freshly prepared, seasonal food and meaningful community impact. As part of the new contract, guests will see the rollout of Blend 53 coffee across venues, where £1 from every case of coffee will be donated to grassroots charities. Through this initiative, we’re supporting Foodinate and their efforts to tackle food poverty and homelessness in the UK.
New menus will be curated by former MasterChef: The Professionals winner and National Chef of the Year, Steve Groves, offering a fresh culinary direction across cafés, restaurants and private event dining.
Looking ahead, we’ll also be working closely with IWM on plans to enhance and refurbish the dining spaces across their sites. We’re thrilled to continue our partnership and to keep creating immersive, memorable experiences that reflect the unique stories told at each location!
