On Thursday 23rd October, we hosted our Retail & Café Forum, bringing together over 200 associates from across the business. The event was an evening filled with visual inspiration, high energy and creativity from our suppliers, who shared their latest innovations designed to deliver quality, value and drive secondary spend across our café and retail spaces.

Our Culinary Director, Adam Thomason unveiled a variety of exciting new recipes and concepts to wow guests, including the Lake District Farmers’ sausage roll, Belazu and Sabrina Ghayour collaborations and new Indian dishes crafted by Group Chef, Jon Gray.
The Digital Team showcased cutting-edge Smart Vending solutions, demonstrating the latest in technology-driven convenience.
The vibrant Supplier Village featured over 30 exhibitors, giving attendees the opportunity to sample innovative products, connect with passionate suppliers and explore exciting new partnerships. Three interactive workshops also showcased the Bakery Guide as the go-to resource for creating engaging displays and highlighted how Brew Social branding has elevated the customer experience across our Bristol City Park Café units.
