Last Thursday we hosted our Restaurant Associates Awards night at the iconic Imperial War Museum London.
The evening was a wonderful occasion as colleagues, both new and old, came together to celebrate the successes of their peers. It was a great opportunity to recognise associates and teams for their unwavering commitment to the business while also expressing a heartfelt thank you for their hard work and dedication.
With sixteen award categories and twenty-eight winners, recognition was given to both teams and individuals who have excelled within their specific skill sectors. Including the following:

The culinary brigade, comprised of our talented chefs from across the business also went above and beyond, with an exquisite three-course fine dining experience. Guests were treated to a thoughtfully crafted menu showcasing the finest autumnal ingredients and premium products from our distinguished suppliers. Highlight dishes included:
- Seaweed cured chalk stream trout, dashi, beetroot and wasabi croquette
- Jim Beary braised beef cheef, autumn squash, savoy cabbage, bone marrow and truffle sauce
- Seared king oyster mushroom, autumn squash, savoy cabbage, rapeseed and pumpkin sauce
- Blackberry and hazelnut baked Alaska, apple and calvados crème fraiche
