Steve Groves Culinary Academy Launches at Restaurant Associates Venues

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Steve Groves Culinary Academy, a new initiative designed to support the development of our talented chefs. Cohort 1 officially kicked off last month, marking an exciting step in our commitment to raising standards, sharpening skills and inspiring confidence across our culinary teams. 

The Steve Groves Culinary Academy is about more than qualifications – it’s a programme for chefs who want to grow as professionals, elevate their craft and push for excellence in everything they do. By combining practical skills training with leadership development, the academy will help chefs thrive both in the kitchen and beyond.
