What a Night! Success Shines at the Restaurant Associates Awards

On Thursday 6^th November we held our Restaurant Associates Awards; a powerful celebration of the incredible talent that drives our success.

It was the third year we gathered at the iconic Imperial War Museum, London and the atmosphere was electric. There was a real buzz in the air as everyone came together to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of their colleagues.

With eighteen award categories and thirty winners, we celebrated both individuals and teams who have excelled within their specific skill sectors. Congratulations to this year’s winners including:

Our culinary brigade also outdid themselves this year, crafting a stunning three-course menu designed by three of our talented chefs. Each course reflected their unique creativity, showcasing exceptional autumnal ingredients and culinary techniques.

The full menu included:

·         Line-caught Cornish dill-cured mackerel, English yogurt & cucumber

·         Lake District Farmers’ Iberian pork, celeriac, charred cabbage & cider reduction

·         Poached Williams pear, London honey & brown butter almond financier
