Last month our Network teams came together with colleagues from across Compass Group UK & Ireland to mark World Day for Cultural Diversity — a brilliant reminder of what makes our business so special.

Celebrated at London South Bank University, the evening recognised the breadth of cultures, perspectives and experiences that shape who we are and how we work.

“World Day for Cultural Diversity is the biggest celebration for the Within network and this year we collaborated with Rapport’s Embrace You network to deliver a truly special event. As always, we wanted to make the event fun, inclusive and educational. Highlights include a cultural fashion show which featured ambassadors from both networks, modelling traditional clothes from their country. Guests were also treated to an array of delicious food from cuisines all over the world, tropical vibes from a steel pan performer & carnival band and entertainment from an award-winning comedian. We were pleased to see so many employees attend the event and embrace the occasion, showcasing the rich diversity of cultures at Compass Group UK & Ireland" said Dennis Oware-Simpey, Co-Chair of Within DE&I Network.
