True to Restaurant Associates' values, sustainability is at the forefront of our work and the Design Museum’s ethos, supporting our three-star Food Made Good accreditation and our commitment to reaching Net Zero by 2030.

Menu creation and culinary direction are led by Steve Groves, former MasterChef Professionals champion and National Chef of the Year. With a focus on quality ingredients and ethical sourcing, our menus celebrate a plant-forward approach and the highest standards of provenance.
