Ingredients

  • Serves 1.

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 230ml coconut soya milk

  • 2 shots of espresso

  • Adults need around 2000Kcal/8400kJ a day

Method

  • 1. Full the vessel half with ice.

  • 2. Add coconut milk 3/4 of the way.

  • 3. Extract double espresso.

  • 4. Pour double espresso into cup over the milk and ice.

  • 5. Serve and enjoy.
