Raspberry mint pink lady

Delicious cocktails to make at home.

Ingredients

  • Serves 1.

  • 50ml peppermint tea infused

  • Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin

  • 20ml Cointreau

  • 20ml lime juice

  • 10ml sugar syrup

  • 25ml egg white (or water from a

  • can of chickpeas)

  • Garnish:

  • 1 raspberry

Method

  • 1. Prepare your Peppermint Tea infused Raspberry Gin - 2g Rare Tea Peppermint Tea to 100ml gin and infuse for 2 hours and strain.

  • 2. Chill a coupe with ice.

  • 3. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake dry (no ice) well for at least 20 seconds.

  • 4. Add ice to shaker and shake again.

  • 5. Discard ice in the glass and double strain into your coupe.

  • 6. Garnish and serve.
