Celebrating Co-hort 2 from our Collaborate Programme

Marking the graduation of our Collaborate Programme’s Cohort 2

This month we had the pleasure of celebrating the incredible participants from Cohort 2 of our Collaborate Programme as they reached the end of their 18-month journey.
 
The intimate graduation evening gave us the opportunity to hear each participant reflect on their personal and professional growth. We were also delighted to welcome Jason Bishop, Lynsey Foot and Natalie Coe from TOP Training, alongside senior leaders from Restaurant Associates, including Sue Thompson, Director of Business Excellence and Victoria Marshall, our People Director.
 
Guests were welcomed with a drink and canapés reception before sitting down to a beautifully curated three-course menu. Standout dishes included a beautifully prepared yellowfin tuna tartare with gochujang mayonnaise, followed by a showstopping dessert of miso peanut choux paired with roasted banana sorbet.
 
Each course was perfectly enhanced by wine pairings, selected by Stephanie Robertson, our Head of Experience.
 
It was an evening filled with pride, celebration, and excitement for the future cohorts set to begin their journey on the programme.

Lynsey Foot perfectly summed up the feeling in the room: “This cohort has formed a strong bond. I’m so proud of each one of them - they have grown in every aspect of their lives and are now taking their learnings back to their teams. This programme isn’t just about one person; it’s about development that benefits the whole team. They were awesome before, but even better now!”
