Collaborate apprentices celebrate milestone at the Design Museum, London

The amazing participants of Collaborate, Restaurant Associates UK first bespoke apprenticeship programme, are nearing the completion of their inspiring journey of learning and personal growth.

To celebrate this milestone, following 18 months of dedicated effort, the cohort gathered earlier this month for a special meal at the Kitchen Restaurant in the Design Museum. The event welcomed participants preparing for their final exams, alongside Barry Rotherham and Luke Ford from Compass Group UK & Ireland, Lynsey Foot from HIT Training and senior leaders from Restaurant Associates. The evening was further elevated by Steve Groves who led the service with his brigade, including several chefs from the Marcus Wareing programme.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. As Stephanie Robertson, Head of Experience, shared: “Despite the demands of the busy Christmas period, the apprentices have been submitting business proposals and preparing for their final exams. We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge their hard work and dedication. It’s truly special to celebrate this milestone, as they are the very first participants of Collaborate.”
