Jason Atherton and our team at City Social to raise money for the Usyk Foundation

Restaurant Associates were proud to sponsor a recent fundraising dinner organised by Jason Atherton and our team at City Social to raise money for the Usyk Foundation and With Ukraine to fund the humanitarian effort in the country.

Jason was joined in the kitchen at City Social restaurant by a stellar cast of chefs including Tom Sellers, Tom Kitchin, Tom Brown and Ukrainian chef Yurii Kovryzhenko, who is set to open Mriya restaurant in Chelsea later this month.

The chefs prepared canapes and a four-course meal, before a charity auction with lots including three pairs of signed gloves from Oleksandr Usyk and a two night stay at The Bonnie Badger. The evening raised £97,273.70 for the Usyk Foundation and With Ukraine.

Jason Atherton said about the event: "The situation in the Ukraine is utterly heart breaking and although I can't change this, I really wanted to be able to support where possible. My team, friends and suppliers have all joined forces to provide an evening to remember and I hope collectively we can make a difference to those who need it most."
