New 'Good for your Gut' range as part of our health and wellbeing programme

Gut health is one of the core pillars of the Ways to be Well programme and is embedded throughout our menus, which is why we are delighted to launch our Good for your Gut range.

We have developed a range of recipes that includes Good for your Gut breakfast dishes, from overnight oats to a delicious selection of smoothies and a few hot dishes. Several of the dishes use the Bio&Me porridge which is made with 13 of your 30 weekly diverse
plant-based foods.

For lunch, we have our Good for your Gut Bowls, a customisable option where you pick your grain, protein, veg, dressing and gut-friendly toppers that include kimchi, seaweed, and toasted nuts.
