The results of our social impact are in

Working with Social Value Portal, who have measured our #socialimpact, we are delighted to report on the huge positive impact Restaurant Associates UK and our parent company are having in supporting our employees and communities in which we work. Our social value is measured at over £590m altogether!

Our work in these areas: #Apprenticeships, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Enterprise and Charity fundraising – attribute to over £3million in social value. This brings to life Our Social Promise, our commitment to support one million people from inside and outside our organisation by 2030.

We see this initial measurement as a great baseline to build on. We are looking forward to seeing how our social value has further grown because of the activity we have carried over the past 12 months. Supporting both our communities and our people is central to who we are as a business.
