We are proud to report that we have saved over 6 tonnes of perfectly good fruit and vegetables from going to waste through our partnership with Jess Latchford at Waste Knot.
This year our aim is to save 20 tonnes of British produce from going to landfill or animal feed by using fruit and vegetables that is either too big or small for traditional retailers.
Our seasonal dishes are not only good for the planet but also form part of our health and well-being offer Ways to be Well which means they’re good for the body too.
