This week our chefs have been training with Dipna Anand and her team at Brilliant restaurant, learning how to prepare a range of incredible northern Indian dishes. These regular training sessions provide an opportunity for our culinary teams to learn new skill sets and expand their knowledge of mixing spices, textures and flavours to create authentic recipes.
