Since its inception in the early 1950s, Restaurant Associates has had collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Today we work with renown chefs such as Dipna Anand to bring her authentic Punjabi cooking to our venues across the U.K.
This week our chefs have been training with Dipna Anand and her team at Brilliant restaurant, learning how to prepare a range of incredible northern Indian dishes. These regular training sessions provide an opportunity for our culinary teams to learn new skill sets and expand their knowledge of mixing spices, textures and flavours to create authentic recipes.
