Hinxton Hall are part of Wellcome Connecting Science, and host an extensive programme of learning and training events and activities for research and healthcare professionals.

Collectively, their Events Team has decades of experience in meeting the needs of scientific and research meeting organisers. Delegate packages

Committed to providing the most cost-effective solution to your conferencing needs.

From half-day meetings to residential conferences, there are packages to suit all your event needs and requirements.

The standard packages on offer are Day Delegate Rate packages, which are costed per person to include room hire, catering and AV equipment.

The team recognise that not every event, or every day throughout an event fits neatly into these packages, and they are committed to providing the most cost effective solution based on your requirements.

Dining & catering

Hinxton Hall offers a wide range of catering options, from luxury private dining to finger buffets.

The menus have been designed with catering partner Restaurant Associates to complement the style of events at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre. If you have something else in mind, however, or feel a different menu would suit your event better the team are more than happy to suggest alternatives. They can of course also cater for any special dietary requirements your delegates may have.

The venue can cater for up to 300 delegates in the dining room, and up to 500 in a marquee outdoors on the lawns.

Conferencing accommodation

126 comfortable and peaceful en-suite bedrooms

Our accommodation facilities comprise modern and comfortable single, double, twin (two single beds), triple (one double bed, and one single bed) and disabled-access rooms, all set within a quiet and tranquil environment.

Bedrooms are set up to allow delegates to work comfortably in their rooms, with large desks, Wi-Fi, and media hubs.

Breakfast is included with all room bookings.

All rooms can be booked under contract as part of your event, or for individual stays a maximum of 10 can be booked through Reception. A standard 24-hour cancellation policy will apply.

Alongside our facilities, we also offer a variety of services to help you to organise the most successful and advanced event possible.

The services we provide are mostly based around technological enhancements, such as the latest audiovisual technology, and hybrid and virtual conferencing. But we also offer administrative support, such as through our Event Management Service, or help sourcing companies for team building.
